JOB DESCRIPTION: This spec home was designed in house and built for a parade of homes in 2008. The front porch detailing came straight out of Jefferson architecture at the University of Virginia. The half round foyer with triple arches going into the three main rooms in the entryway adds to the Jeffersonian detailing. There are two outdoor living and dining areas, one of which is off the rec room in the basement. It is sited on top of a hill to take advantage of the views of the Blue Ridge Mountains to the East and Massenutan to the North. This 4,422 square foot home has four full baths, five bedrooms, and a basement game room.
