JOB DESCRIPTION:
Nick and Jill thought they wouldn't be able to afford a custom-built home. But after meeting with Matt, they realized the possibilities. They brought a set of house plans to their interviews with three builders (including Stratford).
- First floor bedroom, so aging guests wouldn't have to navigate stairs
- Specialty storage areas such as custom built-ins
- An open floor plan
- Lots of windows to supply plenty of natural light (the Langridge's added several more windows during the construction process in order to take advantage of the views from their property)
- A covered back porch (again to take advantage of their views) and a long area in the back yard to accommodate a dog run
